About your coach…
I'm originally from Gold Coast, Australia (but fun-fact, have lived in 4 cities in Aus), where I began my fitness journey after completing my Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2017.
Since 2018, I’ve worked across a range of settings, from personal training and strength-based coaching to Pilates and group conditioning, helping people build stronger, more confident bodies.
In 2021, I completed a 6-month mentorship through AWPT (Applied Women’s Physiology & Training) University, covering women’s physiology, hormone health, neuroscience, pre- and post-natal training, and applied nutrition. This mentorship deepened my understanding of coaching clients through different stages, with a science-based, holistic approach, and grew my passion for nutrition-focused coaching support.
Now based in London and studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, my goal is to bring a balanced approach to training, that blends movement, mindset, and nutrition. My passion for wellness was shaped by my own experience overcoming disordered eating patterns in my late teens and early twenties, and the on-going hormone-related health issues that came from that. My way of coaching is in my commitment to helping others create sustainable, balanced routines, while still training hard, nourishing the body well, and achieving your body recomposition goals.
